We’ve got the certified teachers, we’re collecting the equipment, we know the gorgeous place our first class will take place …
Now, all we need are more kids!

Contact us NOW if your child wants to have the most fun while learning ways to center himself through the practice of yoga.
Yoga is an amazing way to calm the mind, heal the body, and explore the spirit. It’s available to anyone, anywhere, at anytime. Yet, we believe those who need the gift of yoga most — the underserved children in our community — aren’t exposed to yoga. Because of that, they don’t reap the benefits of the practice.
That’s about to change.
Where you are does not dictate where you can go. You are the master of your own destiny!
We believe every child should know where they are in life does not dictate who they are, or where they can go. A child’s socioeconomic status should not determine whether he or she is exposed to forms of movement and exercise proven to promote mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. And, no matter what a child’s living circumstances, he or she should know how to access peace at any time by simply stopping, breathing, and going within.
Every child deserves peace of mind. Every child who wants to can understand their mind/body/spirit connection. And every child can get off the mat feeling beautiful and whole inside. If your child wants all that, he or she can have it.
Gen Z Yoga will make sure of it.
If you’re 8-14 years old, come do yoga with us!
That group of kids born roughly between 1995 and 2015. Your “under 20” types. The little folks who have no first-hand knowledge of life on earth before social media.
They’re cuter than your millennials and way more willing to flow into Virabhadrasana II without an accompanying eyeroll. So, yeah, we’re going with them.
Starting in August, Gen Z Yoga will begin offering free, weekly yoga courses for students between the ages of 8 and 14. Each class will be taught by a volunteer certified yoga instructor.
Initially, there will be eight spots available for children who are economically disadvantaged. (We’ll operate by the honor code, so no pesky proof-of-income forms to fill out.)
If you know of a child who qualifies, please connect with us immediately and we’ll send you more information.
We strongly believe a child’s socioeconomic status should have no bearing on whether he or she reaps the restorative benefits of yoga. Click here to learn more about how Gen Z Yoga works.
